Meet Jurmel
Jurmel is a driven youth leader dedicated to growth and community impact. In 2024, he joined the CDAD Youth Council, Brown Explorers Study Abroad Program, Detroit River Scholars, GDYT, and Michigan State's Semiconductors Summer Program. He was also CDAD Youth Advisory.
Meet Khyiana
From being featured on CBS to receiving the Women of the Year Award, Khyiana is making waves. She’s earned the Michigan Chronicle SWAG Award, the Governor’s Award, and serves on the Skillman Youth President’s Council. Khyiana is a rising force who inspires.
Meet Kamarri
A proud Detroit School of Arts graduate, Kamarri broke barriers as the school’s first Deaf Homecoming King. He’s also a young entrepreneur and owner of Kamarri Brownies.
Meet Jason Pauling
Jason is a hardworking young leader balancing multiple roles—working at Comerica Park and with the DAD Foundation—all while launching his own juice business. He's focused, ambitious, and just getting started.
Meet Eboni
Eboni is a creative entrepreneur and founder of Silent Artwork. She also makes her own line of body butters. A standout student, Eboni was awarded the AADHH and Greater Metro Detroit Lions Club Continuing Education Scholarship.
